Many women Veterans experience trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders and/or reproductive mental health conditions. Some also face medical and social issues that affect their relationships and quality of life. VA understands that women Veterans may have unique experiences and treatment needs.
At Mighty Oaks Homestead, we honor the courage and sacrifice of women veterans and widows by providing a welcoming space to gather, learn, and thrive. Our homestead is a place to share stories, gain new skills, and enjoy life in the company of those who understand.
